CPI Initial Training - Full Course (blended learning)

With a focus on prevention, CPI’s Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training equips staff with proven strategies for safely defusing anxious, hostile, or violent behavior at the earliest possible stage.

CPI’s new blended eLearning option combines online and classroom experiences to deliver a flexible learning program. This innovative training teaches the same proven skills, supports the same principles, promotes the same philosophy, and adheres to the same quality standards as traditional Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training. The only difference is in the delivery.

Before attending the classroom session of the training, participants must complete online modules at their own pace. You will receive a link to the online portion of this class and a Learner’s Guide 2-3 weeks prior to the classroom portion. It takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete the online.
