Autism Networking: FBA Forms & Behavioral Intervention Plans

This session will be somewhat of a follow up of the previous session.  We ask that you bring data you have collected to see how it interfaces with the FBA forms the district has adopted for looking at behavior difficulties and developing BIPS (Behavior Intervention Plans).  We will walk through some of these forms with students you are currently supporting.  Bring data if you have it, and if you don’t, we will develop a plan for collection and have sample data sets for you to review and explore.

Behavioral Intervention Plans are most effective if they are developed based on systematic data collection around the issue of concern.  We will spend time in this session reviewing data you have collected and begin to develop plans.  If you do not have data to review, you will have the opportunity to work with other groups and/or to review data samples we will provide.
